Additional work not included in the original quotation may incur additional charges, subject to client approval.

4. Project Approval and Design Changes

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the proposed designs, drawings, layouts, materials, colours, finishes, and other specifications before execution begins.

Any changes requested after approval may affect project costs and completion timelines. Additional work will be undertaken subject to mutual agreement between the client and MLKC Interior Design LLC.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules, advance payments, milestone payments, and outstanding balances will be specified in the quotation or project agreement.

Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in the suspension or postponement of project activities until the outstanding amounts are settled.

Any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges will be communicated to the client as appropriate.

6. Project Timelines

Estimated project commencement and completion dates will be communicated to the client based on the agreed scope of work.

Project timelines may be affected by design changes, delayed approvals, material availability, site access restrictions, payment delays, third-party dependencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep clients informed of significant changes to the agreed schedule.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements and information.

• Ensure access to the project site at agreed times.

• Obtain necessary permissions or approvals where applicable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Review and approve designs, materials, and specifications promptly.

• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

• Inform us of any site restrictions, safety concerns, or other relevant conditions before work begins.

8. Materials, Designs, and Workmanship

We aim to provide quality workmanship and materials in accordance with the approved project specifications.

Actual colours, textures, wood grains, finishes, and material appearances may vary slightly due to natural characteristics, manufacturing processes, lighting conditions, and screen settings.

Any material substitutions will be discussed with the client and handled in accordance with the agreed project specifications.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation charges, refunds, and payments due for completed work, purchased materials, approved custom orders, or work already in progress will be determined according to the signed agreement and applicable law.

Custom-made items and materials ordered specifically for a project may be subject to supplier cancellation charges or other reasonable costs, where applicable.

10. Warranty and After-Sales Support

Any warranty or after-sales support will be governed by the terms specified in the project agreement, quotation, or applicable manufacturer warranty.
